If you're trying to eat healthy but can't give up some of your favorite recipes, I have good news for you! The solution to this dilemma: Dannon Yogurt. That's right, you can swap sour cream, cream cheese, and mayonnaise for Dannon yogurt in just about any recipe and make your meal 95% less fat. Mom and I have tried this a few times. It actually makes a great salad dressing too. Add a few drops of lemon juice to it. It would be good with lots of different salads but I have a yummy salad that goes great with this dressing.
